Good morning world!! Happy Monday I’m sure with the holidays quickly approaching upon us, you are feeling overwhelmed with the too do list and preparation for the holidays. Let the whirlwind of gift giving, holiday parties and activities galore begin from Halloween, to Thanksgiving continuing on to Christmas and New Year’s. Whew that’s a lot of activities in a few short months. I’m sure like many you might feel as if you fell off your patterns of healthy eating habits and workout routine or maybe making conscious eating habits, and working out is on your New Year’s Resolution.  Let’s find ways to welcome the holidays instead of dread the holidays, the busy schedule that comes along with it, it might even be the in-laws and guest that you have to prepare for that has you a little overwhelmed. Did you know that one of the biggest stress relieves is working out? That’s right, I know some of you might feel the last thing you have time for is a gym session, or the desire to put down your aunts famous deserts, let me start off by saying this, “it’s not about having time it’s about making time” it takes 4 weeks for you to see your body change it takes 8 weeks for friends and family to and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world to see.. So keep going! There are many workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home and only take 30 minutes. You can start off at your own pace and do however many reps till you tired.
